libkcalutils4 software package provides library with utility functions for the handling of calendar data, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libkcalutils4
libkcalutils4 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libkcalutils4 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libkcalutils4 *
You will get with libkcalutils4 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
